Will give a presentation on lessons learned from dealing with the start-ups. Sean will share his legal perspective but will also touch on other aspects of new business development. Sean received his law degree from the University of Minnesota in 1993 and has taught at the University of St. Thomas Law School. His current practice focuses on merger and acquisition transactions involving privately held entities and private equity funds. Sean also works with publicly and privately held businesses on their formation, operation, growth, acquisition, sale, and succession.
