skills and experiences into consulting business. Join us to
hear Dave share the Visuel story and learn tips about
transitioning into consulting, telling your story, branding,
marketing and collaboration & networking.
Dave will also reveal the success strategies of one midsize
company that tripled profits in less than one year using
Visuel’sperformance management approach that helps increase
profits by creating alignment, knowing what drives your profits
and value, and understanding your business from your customer’s
perspectives.
Presenter: Dave Aasen is
founder and CEO of Visuel, LLC, a Minnesota-based performance
management company that specializes in uncovering profits of
emerging to midsize companies. He is a seasoned, results and
value-driven executive with over 20 years of CFO and General
Management experience. Dave received his Bachelor of Science
Degree in Business with honors of High Distinction from the
Carlson School of Management. He is a Certified Public
Accountant, President of Minnesota Entrepreneurs, and an active
member of Turnaround Management Association, Manufacturers
Alliance, Minnesota Council for Quality, National Association of
Corporate Directors, and MetroNorth, Edina, and Saint Paul Area
Chambers of Commerce.
